The city of Melbourne has some tremendous hospitality service and has some amazing places to wine and dine. Having lived here for more than 6 years, I have been lucky enough to have savored some of the world-class dishes from a variety of culinary arts offered by eateries in Melbourne.

There are many Japanese cuisine franchises in Melbourne which are not owned and operated by Japanese. The level of service and quality of food that it serves are just astonishing. Yes, the price will be much more inexpensive but the legitimacy of the taste and the level of service that you are receiving is bad. If you are serious about Japanese food, take the time to explore and enquire around. You will often find that there is a Japanese restaurant just around the corner from you that you have not noticed.

I find myself visiting this particular restaurant in Melbourne more often these days ” Takumi. They is situated conveniently in the city and is accessible by public transportation. They distinguish themselves from the rest buy serving a fusion of modern japanese dishes with the main specialty of wagyu beef.. They are fully owned and operated by a Japanese family and the level of service that they have provided me is marvellous. They offer a extraordinary style of barbeque dishes with their modern smokeless barbecue tables.

Tasty Healty Chicken Recipes

1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

1 c. 1% milk

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese made with 2% milk

1 13.25 oz. whole wheat blend pasta thin spaghetti, cooked

Boil Chicken until well done, cut into bite size pieces. Mix soup with milk, add cheese; stir until melted. Add onions, mushrooms, chicken, and spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.

Salsa Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or several strips of chicken

1 1/2 cup mild salsa

1 two cup pkg. 2% or fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 qt. covered casserole with cooking spray. Place chicken into dish. Pour salsa over chicken, bake until tender. Remove lid from dish and add cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.

Savory Sausage Balls

These delicious pork sausage balls are so easy to make - using ingredients you already have in your kitchen cabinet.

1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 pound bulk pork sausage
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

In a bowl, combine egg and bread crumbs. Sprinkle sausage over mixture; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.

In a skillet, cook meatballs until no longer pink; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

that women consume between 21 and 25 grams of dietary fiber per
day. For men, the recommendation is 30 to 38 grams of fiber each
day.

Of course, that is easier said that done, and it is important to
know which foods are high in fiber in order to boost your daily
fiber consumption. In the case of packaged foods like breads and
crackers, the fiber content will be listed as part of the
nutritional label. In the case of fruits and vegetables, there
are charts which show the fiber content of an average size
piece. Some grocery stores post this information, and it is also
widely available on the internet.

When increasing dietary fiber, it is best to make the increase
gradual. A sudden jump in dietary fiber can lead to bloating,
gas and abdominal discomfort. In addition, it is important to
drink plenty of fluids, especially water, in order for fiber to

best to go with healthier whole grains. In general, the less
